Lumière Medspa is a boutique clinic in Los Angeles offering Botox, fillers, facials, PRP therapy, and laser treatments. They wanted a way to consistently bring in new patients while competing with larger medspa chains in their area.

To solve this, we built a New Patient Acquisition Funnel centered on a $99 “Glow Facial” intro offer. The funnel was designed to capture leads with an irresistible entry service, convert them into first-time bookings, and nurture them into higher-value treatments through automated follow-ups. By focusing on a clear offer, simple navigation, and built-in trust factors, the funnel created a direct path from interest to booked appointment.

The landing page showcased the offer with strong visuals, social proof, and a streamlined booking form to make scheduling effortless. Automated email and SMS sequences were added to confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, and follow up after treatments to encourage rebooking. In addition, the funnel strategically introduced Botox, fillers, and other premium services, turning first-time patients into loyal, long-term clients.
